Clemente Gonzalez was born and raised in Newark, California. He graduated from Santa Clara University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and later returned on a full scholarship to complete their law program. Clemente started his own practice straight out of law school focusing on personal injury and criminal defense. In six years he recovered nearly ten million dollars for his clients and fought vigorously to protect their civil rights in the criminal justice system. To hone his trial skills he closed his practice to join the San Francisco Public Defender. In just over three years there he conducted nearly twenty solo and collaborative trials in addition to preliminary hearings and motion work.

Being the son of a migrant field worker turned bricklayer Clemente is passionate about protecting the working class. He handles nearly all types of personal injury and FELA injury cases.
