What is the Statute of Limitations for FELA Claims?
Prior to joining Hildebrand, McLeod, & Nelson in 2024, Autumn Shreve devoted seven years of her legal career to public defense, representing people who could not afford an attorney in cases ranging from misdemeanors to murder. She has tried more than 50 cases as lead counsel and has handled countless motion hearings. That experience, along with her time as a judicial clerk in Multnomah County, earned her deep and valuable familiarity with Oregon State Courts. She deeply enjoys working with clients, having counseled thousands of clients through the court process.
Born in California, raised in Washington State, and starting her legal career in Oregon, she is a true West Coast native. She attended Western Washington University, obtaining her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Psychology. Law School at the University of Oregon led her to Eugene, and after graduation, she moved to Portland where she now resides.
As a fourth-generation union member, and former union local president herself, fighting for worker’s rights is in Autumn’s DNA. She handles nearly all types of personal injury and FELA injury cases.
In her free time, Autumn enjoys long gravel bike rides, live music, and exploring the beauty of the Pacific NW.
